This policy explains how Steppin' Up Dance Productions (“we,” “us,” the “studio”), operated by Steppin Up Dance LLC in O'Fallon, MO, handles information you provide through this website. It applies to this site only, not to anything you share with us in person, by phone, or on social media.

What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter in the enrollment request form:

• Your name, phone number, and email address (the parent or guardian submitting the form)
• The dancer’s first name and age — which may be a child’s
• The class or style you’re interested in, and whether you’re asking about recreational or competitive dance
• Anything you add in the notes field

We do not ask for payment information anywhere on this site. If you don’t submit the form, this website does not collect personal information about you.

We don’t track you

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party profiling. The fonts and images are served from our own site. We don’t build a profile of your browsing or sell data to anyone.

How we use your information

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enrollment request and follow up with you about classes at the studio. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who handles it, and how it’s kept

When you submit the form, a few things happen:

• Your request is sent to the studio by email. We use a reputable email delivery provider (Resend) to send that message, so your information passes through their systems in transit. It is sent over an encrypted connection.
• To keep the form from being abused by spammers and bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile — a “confirm you’re human” check. Cloudflare processes limited technical information (such as your IP address and a verification token) to run that check, under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.
• This website does not save your request in a database, and it does not log the details of what you submitted. Once your request is sent, it lives in the studio’s email inbox, where it is kept and managed like any other email the studio receives.

Children’s privacy

Our classes are for dancers of all ages, so the enrollment form may include a child’s first name and age. That information should be submitted by a parent or guardian, and we use it only to respond to the enrollment inquiry. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian send the request. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to see, correct, or delete information submitted about their child.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because this site doesn’t store form submissions, most of what we hold lives only in the studio’s email inbox — we’ll honor your request from there. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, your request travels over an encrypted connection, and we protect the form with a human check and rate limiting. Your enrollment details are not stored on this website. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send.

This site may link to places we don’t control, like a social media page. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies — please check the privacy terms of wherever you land.
